C Date

For the last 24 hours or so, I have been unable to send or receive any messages because I am not using premium, so please I need you to help me so that I can be able to use my account without having to pay money for it.

I have cancelled my subscription and deleted and blocked you from any future contact, stop sending me threatening letters for money as I have paid you what you have asked for. Worst experience of my internet interaction on a dating website, nothing ever came from it and it was all about money. I hope this is the end???

I have cancelled my account with C-Date on 9-10-2024 per email. I have paid the monthly membership (59.90 instead of what was offered online for 19.95) till January, and then after multiple emails that all went unanswered, I blocked the payment.

Now I get a letter speaking of an enforcement for a product that I have tried to end right away and haven't used at all.

I hope you will fix this so there will be no legal action needed.

I have sent you an email about the cancellation of my subscription with immediate effect, and I'm still receiving letters from your supposedly solicitor. I have paid what you have asked for, so stop asking me for money.

I have had nothing but disappointment from your site from the moment I looked into it, so cancel my subscription now, please.

I do not know my order or contract ID.

I have had £191.76 leave my account 2 days ago. I haven't been on this site. I have no email correspondence of any form from this site to establish how they have access to my bank account.

Hence I cannot "login" as cancel these payments.

How can they take such large sums of money and I have ZERO email trails of anything ever having been filled out for the use of whatever it is they provide?

Appears to be a very expensive scam that I cannot get out of.

I will follow this up with my bank but be warned people.

I subscribed to your C date in error around April this very year. After few weeks I deleted the appt from my phone as I only did one off 1 month subscription with Cdate I shockingly received an email asking me to pay our debts that I know nothing about with reference number GB-2025-06-07-26681****CDATE-DN.

I need urgent response on this Regards

previously, i used to have c date but i deleted it because i thought it was free and it was requesting me to pay some amount of money which i didn't and still do not have, but now i have decided to sign up for it with the hope that it would let me use it for free without having to use the premium, but it isn't letting me sign up for it because every time i try to put my email in the survey. So my request is, if you can help me so that it would be a lot for me to sign up to c date.

Ive today received a letter from a German company saying I owe you 96,02 euros, I have never been on your site and to be honest have never even heard of you in till today, someone has clearly used my email name and address. You have said you tried to contact me twice before passing it on to debt company.

Ive been in touch with citizens advice and also trading standards.

Please send me the proof that you contacted me twice regarding my subscription. I will take you to court if you dont cancel the debt.

Hi there, this email is to state that I want my subscription cancelled, please. I have looked on the website for a cancellation option, but there doesn't appear to be one. Don't use this site.

Cant find my conformation email looked in inbox and junk folders but asked for resend still nothing come

Nothing on this site allows me to see profiles even though I've paid for the premium membership. I can't find anywhere to request a refund or cancel my membership.

I submitted a claim for a refund of £39.90 and requested the cancellation of the subscription. I attempted to cancel on 17-09-24 without receiving any notification from C-Date.

They have deliberately made this cancellation process difficult so they can continue collecting the monthly fees. They should be exposed and stopped from trading to prevent more people from falling victim to an app that clearly isn't genuine.

I need to cancel my subscription. Can you confirm please when it's cancelled. Thanks
